When we launched Discovered 2 years ago, we built and launched a vivid website, with high def pictures we took ourselves of some of our favorite places in Dubai. We tried something different and it went down brilliantly, much better than we had hoped. The result, we got our brand to market and 15% of our placements came directly/indirectly via our site. However, you can’t stand still, you need to keep improving and re-investing. In fact, in the past 2 years we have re-invested every dirham back into our business. Through our people, we have grown our team from 2 to 6. Our work environment, doubling the size of our office. Our Technology, a state-of-the-art cloud CRM system, LinkedIn Recruiter for all our consultants and now we are pleased to launch our brand-new website.

Our new website has been designed to attract and engage. Best practice UX has been a critical part of our design process, so we really hope you find our site seamless. While our previous site looked good, under the bonnet it was lacking and if we’re honest a bit slower than we hoped for. Now we have a lighting fast AWS hosting solution, that uses world-class, highly secure enterprise technology, which is GDPR compliant and meets ISO27001 Security standards, go on us!

As for what else is new on the site that we didn’t have before:

  • Complete site redesign and build, clean, crisp and modern with some new branding too.
  • Mobile first design and usability, it’s excellent on desktop, but on mobile is where site really shines.
  • Super simple job search bar finds jobs fast.
  • Live positions with at least one of consultants attached to every job, no more guessing where your CV is going.
  • Candidate accounts; sign up, sign in and manage the jobs you apply for and get our latest jobs first.
  • Client and candidate sections for you come learn a bit more about how we can help.
  • Specialism pages, where you can locate one of our specialist consultants in your area of expertise, find out the latest news and read white papers/case studies.
  • Meet the team, get to know us a bit more and see what each of us is working on.
  • Blogs, news and events; we want to be your main source for all things digital, tech and ecommerce recruitment, whether this be information, tips, news, blogs - these are here to help and advise.
  • Security by design, based on the principles of blockchain our site has recognized security accreditations including the world's leading ISO 27001 certification for information security management. All our candidate’s data in transit is fully encrypted.
  • State of the art CMS, allowing us to distribute content quicker and post those all-important new jobs fast.
