She has worked closely with various scale ups and enterprise level businesses to grow some ambitious Product teams and has also supported product leaders to scale out as part of their digital transformations.

She is passionate about being in the thick of the product world; immersing herself in Product events, sharing new podcasts and books with her candidates and clients and even creating thought provoking product related content for her LinkedIn network which she believes sets her aside within the market.

Ram is renown for building strong relationships and always takes time to understand the finer details to represent her candidates and clients in the best way… in her words, it’s like playing cupid!
