As an AI Blockchain Risk Control Engineer, you will lead complex blockchain investigations and develop scalable risk control solutions powered by AI and on-chain analytics. You will work closely with security, compliance, and engineering teams to identify illicit activity, attribute threats, and strengthen the exchange's security posture.

This is a highly autonomous role where technical expertise and investigative capability are equally important.


Discover the responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end blockchain forensic investigations from anomaly detection through attribution and reporting.

  • Analyze on-chain transactions to identify fraud, theft, money laundering, and market manipulation activity.

  • Utilize blockchain intelligence platforms including Chainalysis, Nansen, Dune Analytics, and similar tools.

  • Build and enhance internal monitoring, analytics, and risk control systems.

  • Leverage AI coding agents and agentic engineering workflows to rapidly develop investigative tooling.

  • Partner with security, compliance, AML, and engineering teams to improve detection and prevention capabilities.

  • Research emerging blockchain threats and contribute to risk intelligence initiatives.

Discover the requirements

  • Experience combining blockchain analytics with security, fraud investigation, risk control, or digital forensics.

  • Strong understanding of blockchain protocols, smart contracts, consensus mechanisms, and cryptographic fundamentals.

  • Hands-on experience with blockchain monitoring and investigation platforms such as Chainalysis, Nansen, Dune Analytics, TRM Labs, or Elliptic.

  • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, OR JavaScript.

  • Practical experience using AI coding agents and agentic engineering workflows.

  • Ability to independently lead investigations from initial detection through full attribution.

  • Experience investigating crypto-related fraud, theft, or financial crime is highly desirable.

  • Knowledge of AML/KYC requirements, blockchain compliance, and smart contract security is a plus.
