A leading omnichannel company based in sunny, tax-free Dubai is looking for an experienced CEO to join their business and work closely with the board to drive growth and expansion of their brand.

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Salary: 45,000-60,000 AED/month OR £9,800- £13,000/month (tax free)

Key skills and experience:

- Extensive omnichannel experience
- Work with the Chairman and board, to define, implement and execute the growth strategy
- Achieve profitability while growing the business
- Direct and lead the achievement of the companies philosophy, mission, strategy, and the annual goals and objectives
- Build the capability of the company, ensuring infrastructure, knowledge and skills growth in line with the business
- Review and monitor the tech road map and its execution along with the CTO. Focus on developing a high caliber and efficient tech team
- Manage, attract, and retain the core team to ensure that the planned growth targets are met, as well as assessing and developing new opportunities, regions, etc.
- Full Profit & Loss responsibility, including budgeting, review of financial statements, capital expenditures and implementation of revenue and profit-enhancing programs
