Customer Experience Lead – Quality & Testing

Our client is one of the region's leading digital technology experts, and they are now looking to expand their existing Customer Experience team by adding CX experts that have had experience developing customer quality control. The right person for this role will be able to own and manage customer testing as well as UAT and Quality Assurance.

Key responsibilities & experience required:

- Developing customer quality control, testing & assurance framework
- Define and implement end-to-end UAT for processes
- Adjust customer-facing processes where needed
- Create a detailed go-live plan that includes soft launch / MVP / and full go-live
- Define processes, governance, communications
- Fine-tune detailed design efforts including front-end customer design assumptions
- Previous experience working on large-scale digital transformation projects is a massive plus
