We have partnered with the most established strategy firm in the Middle East helping them search for a Digital Strategy Manager to join the company's new digital venture.

This role offers the chance to shape & lead innovative and pragmatic programs that translate results from business diagnosis and planning into transformation solutions within the digital area.

You'll be in charge of driving a rigorous & structured approach to identifying strategic insights and solving business problems related to their digital ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Perform analysis to gain insights; use insights to determine what the client needs to change and how to get there; diagnose the issue and plan the transformation within the specific digital capability area

• Apply strategy development, architecting value, and operating model architecture skills

• Shape and lead innovative and pragmatic programs that translate results from business diagnosis and planning into transformation solutions within the digital area

Skills:

• Strategic skills: strong critical thinker, ability to architect solutions, and clearly communicate strategic ideas in a clear, simple manner

• Experience leading and facilitating working sessions with both teams and leaders

• Apply strategy development, architecting value, and operating model architecture skills

• Shape and lead innovative and pragmatic programs that translate results from business diagnosis and planning into transformation solutions within the digital area

• Experience designing, developing, and implementing marketing and digital processes and ways of working that bring agility to teams, as well as rolling out new organizational capabilities
