As an Engineering Manager, you will lead the Infrastructure and Services team while remaining hands on with technical delivery. You will manage software engineers, provide technical leadership for high throughput systems processing billions of daily requests, and shape software solutions to match business goals.

• Lead and mentor a high performing team of software engineers, guiding their career growth.

• Drive the design, development, and delivery of high scale software solutions.

• Provide technical direction for systems processing billions of requests per day.

• Actively participate in coding, architecture discussions, and code reviews.

• Partner with stakeholders to translate product requirements into technical solutions.

• Maintain high standards for software development, testing, and deployment.

• Manage infrastructure on GCP or AWS using tools like Terraform.

Discover the Requirements

• Eight or more years of professional software development experience.

• Minimum two years in a management or technical leadership role.

• Strong expertise with Node.js and TypeScript.

• Demonstrated experience scaling cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.

• Hands on skill with relational databases like PostgreSQL and in memory data stores like Redis.

• Experience using AI assisted coding tools within engineering workflows.

• Proficiency with Go or background in AdTech is desirable.
