As the right hand of the Managing Director, the Commercial Director is responsible for setting the commercial strategy of the organization and then on the implementation of that strategy. You will drive growth with a keen commercial acumen to grow, build, and develop not only best in class digital channels but also traditional retail channels.
As Commercial Director you will ensure that the business is a best in class digital business, bringing innovative digital propositions and technologies to their customers. You will work closely with the other senior leadership team on the implementation, especially with the technology function where it will guide significant technology requirements and investments.
The key responsibilities will include setting business strategy and long term plan, including the budget ambitions and you would be accountable for the end to end marketing management including Online Proposition and Pricing strategy and roadmap, Online Product management including the UI and UX design, and graphical design of all of our digital assets, as well as business intelligence and customer insights, while at all times a ‘uniquely differentiated’ digital proposition is available for customers.
If you have 10 years + digital experience within a telco or media space with a core focus on Mobile apps and digital services, growing and developing digital and traditional channel sales.
