A leading product company are looking for a superstar Design Lead to help take their platform to the next level and spearhead Design culture within the organisation. You will be tasked with creating a seamless experience on both web & mobile applications whilst effectively leading and managing the existing team.

You will need to be an expert who's had experience in product road mapping, and overseeing the Design process. This role is ideal for someone who wants the opportunity to work on a very popular mobile app aimed at a high level of consumers in the UAE Region.

Previous experience required:

- 7+ years of experience desining products
- Expert knowledge of best practice professional design principles
- Experience facilitating workshops / ideation sessions
- Previous experience colloborating with Product Managers / BAs / Engineers
- Experience dealing with Senior Stakeholders
- 2+ years proven experience effectively helping to build & scale design teams
