Experience Required:

• 7+ years in fashion development, textile innovation, or product lifecycle roles.

• Experience leading sampling, grading, tech packs, and QC processes.

• Must have built supplier relationships and managed seasonal product calendars.

Technical Abilities:

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, CAD, and PLM software.

• Familiarity with pattern making, cost engineering, and garment testing.

• Trend analysis, material sourcing, and eco-conscious design practices are a plus.
