​As a B2B Lead Product Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing a comprehensive product strategy for our clients cutting-edge B2B platform. We are looking for a talented professional who is passionate about creating user-centric solutions, has a deep understanding of B2B environments, and possesses strong technical proficiency.


• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the business goals and objectives

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and market trends, and opportunities for the B2B platform

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements to understand pain points in order to design a user-centric platform

• Define product features, specifications, and user stories to ensure a seamless transaction process

• Work closely with engineering and design teams to translate requirements into technical specifications

• Prioritize and manage the product roadmap based on market feedback and business objectives

• Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle

• Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to improve functionality and user experience

• Monitor key performance metrics and implement strategies to drive platform growth

• Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes that may impact the B2B platform, and proactively incorporate relevant updates into the product roadmap

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies

• Serve as a subject matter expert and provide support to internal teams and external stakeholders

• Conduct training sessions to educate users and drive successful transactions

The Perfect Candidate:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in product management, specifically in B2B environments

• Strong understanding of B2B dynamics and challenges faced by manufacturers and retailers

• Solid technical background with experience in APIs, data integration, and platform architecture

• Expertise in developing and executing successful product strategies

• Deep understanding of user experience (UX) principles and the ability to translate user requirements into intuitive and seamless platform designs

• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and leading cross-functional teams

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Proven leadership and influence in driving product goals

• Solid business acumen and understanding of key performance indicators

• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment
