Headquartered in London, United Kingdom with global offices located in New York City, Vancouver, Sydney, Dublin, Amsterdam, Warsaw and St Petersburg, they are looking for an exceptional Partner Success Manager to join them in building long-term relationships and driving retention of clients on the platform.

Key Accountabilities:

- Accountable for meeting key performance indicators on monetisation, retention and revenue growth by
proactively engaging with and educating our Partners

- Effectively analyse reports and execute plans to upsell and increase monetised revenue generated from
existing accounts

- Optimise listing content and availability competitiveness on the marketplace to maximise conversions

Relationship Building:

- Manage up to 300 partner accounts serving as a lead point of contact for all your partner's requests,
ensuring timely and swift responses to issues

- Ensure strong partner experience by building meaningful relationships by attending face-to-face
and video meetings with your accounts

- Administer a consistent contact strategy across your portfolio to keep partners engaged and reduce
churn

- Build key internal relationships with our sales and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition and
handover of partners through the partner journey

- Collaborate with our product teams to provide important product feedback to help enhance future
releases

Skills Required:

- Demonstrable experience in effectively managing and driving commercial growth in large account bases,
ideally in the SaaS industry

- Shown to be commercially motivated with an ability to adapt and achieve targets

- Proven experience in using and analysing data and reporting effectively to improve commercial outcomes

- Naturally proactive and inquisitive, with a desire to consistently learn and improve

- Excellent and proven written, verbal and presentation skills

- Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset
