We are hiring a Platform Architect to join one of the top five global cryptocurrency exchanges to shape their technical future. This is a crucial role within an expansive growth phase, working on a system that supports hundreds of engineers across multiple global regions.

Our client operates at the absolute cutting edge of digital assets and web3 infrastructure. In this role, you will help build an internal financial cloud platform designed to manage dozens of independently versioned modules across global sites smoothly and efficiently.

Discover the Role
As a Platform Architect, you will define and own the technical architecture of this financial cloud system. You will set the overall architectural vision, make foundational technology choices, and collaborate directly with engineering leads to ensure the system is scalable and secure. This is a highly strategic role where your decisions prevent manual coordination bottlenecks and allow the global infrastructure to scale seamlessly.

Discover the Responsibilities

• Design the end to end architecture of the financial cloud platform including module versioning systems and GitOps deployment models.

• Define platform standards such as API contracts, build reproducibility requirements, and supply chain security policies.

• Architect change impact analysis systems to manage dependency graphs and selective test orchestration.

• Design multi site GitOps models using controller topologies and staging to production promotion workflows.

• Lead architectural reviews, set engineering standards, and mentor senior engineers on design decisions.

• Partner with security, compliance, and product teams to meet regulatory requirements across all deployment locations.

Discover the Requirements

• Ten or more years of experience in software engineering with five or more years specifically in platform or infrastructure architecture roles.

• Proven track record designing large scale developer platforms or internal developer platforms used by over one hundred engineers.

• Deep expertise in Kubernetes, operators, custom controllers, and multi cluster management Expert level experience with GitOps tools like ArgoCD or Flux at scale across ten or more clusters.

• Strong proficiency in Go alongside experience with distributed systems and API design Experience with supply chain security frameworks such as SLSA, Sigstore, or SBOM generation A professional background at major fintech firms or internal platform organizations at top cloud providers is a major plus.
