​We are on the lookout for x2 Product Managers. The ideal candidates should have 1-3 years of Product Management experience and be comfortable working closely with technical / development staff.

List of Responsibilities and Roles

• Conduct meetings with key stakeholders, to ensure product development requirements are clearly understood & identified

• Responsible for the creation of specification & requirements documentation, which will later be shared with the Software Development team

• Work closely with the Software Development team to ensure that all requirements are correctly understood

• Perform extensive testing to ensure that the functionality delivered by the Software Development team matches the original set of requirements

• Provide management with updates on the status of various product development initiatives

• Create handover & summary documentation outlining the functionality and usability of product developments for both internal & external stakeholders

• Provide support & training (where necessary) to the users of any additional product development, to ensure their full understanding

• Constantly look into new & innovative ways of improving product functionality & design

• Reach out to local & international service providers to identify potential synergies & partnerships – Opportunity to lead the initiative if partnership materialises

• Potential to perform a wide array of other tasks in support of other departments as requested by the Head of Product
