Our client is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Manager to join their team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in the planning and implementation of products and projects. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating with various departments, ensuring the smooth progress of projects, and supporting developers in achieving business objectives. Additionally, you will contribute to the development, launch, and operation of their products, while also defining and documenting relevant processes and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute product/project strategies effectively

• Facilitate communication and coordination among different departments to ensure resource allocation and timely progress of products/projects

• Prepare comprehensive requirements documents and product prototypes, working closely with developers to refine and finalize the business logic

• Monitor and oversee product development, launch, release, and operation, including training, demonstrations, and gathering user feedback

• Develop and maintain company-wide product process specifications and relevant documentation

Requirements:

• Proficiency in using tools such as Axure, Visio, MindManager, or Zen Tao

• Ability to independently design and create product prototypes and flowcharts

• Strong technical writing skills to prepare requirements documents, technical function descriptions, and user manuals

• In-depth knowledge of product design and research and development processes, with excellent problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication, coordination, and innovative thinking skills, with a logical and analytical mindset

• Demonstrated sense of responsibility and the ability to work well under pressure

• Must have proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English languages

• Bonus qualifications include experience with game platforms/software
