Our client, a leading GCC Bank, is about to step foot in the FinTech world by launching a challenger bank and is looking for Product Managers/Owners with specific lending experience to join their existing team in Riyadh.

The aim of the Product Manager/Owner is to ensure customer satisfaction whilst meeting business requirements.

Digital is the premier and most used channel in all types of banking, and the Product Manager will work in a cross-functional team to deliver strategic and innovative products to old and new customers.

Working alongside a Development Team and orchestrating the team ceremonies (Agile/SCRUM), you will be responsible for setting the objectives of a sprint and ensuring the roadmap is prioritized and is being delivered.

The ultimate objective is to develop propositions through a series of sprints, with the aim of creating live products to be tested with real customers, forming the basis of future development and iteration.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience: banking, technology, or FinTech experience essential
- Experience within Lending/Finance products is essential
- BNPL, Microfinance, Credit Cards or Sarie is highly desirable
- Product Management experience in these sectors in a plus
- Experience working in an agile manner across cross-functional teams
- Product Owner Certified is an advantage
- Working knowledge of how to build digital products is an advantage
- Experience in a startup environment is a plus
