Sales Lead

We have just partnered with a new and ambitious fintech company that dreams big and believes in making the impossible happen. Our client is focused on building modern financial products for the Middle East and has recently secured funding worth $6M to expand and achieve the growth plans in mind across the coming months.

With the vision of building a financial operating system for businesses in the MENA region, our client is looking for an experienced B2B sales professional to join the business and help shape and build the sales function. You will work closely with the CEO, and be an individual contributor, being the first on the ground to secure new customers. So a hunter's mentality is key!

Being employee number 1 within the sales org means that you will have a ton of impact by shaping the future Sales organization. You will have the opportunity to design and build a world-class organization that is responsible for delivering on pipeline targets that you will set. - Be the sales everything person! Aka: Prospecting + Outreach + Closing + Onboarding + Nurturing clients + creating processes along the way

- Regularly share market and customer feedback to internal stakeholders, including to my client’s leadership, Marketing and Product team to help shape the product

- Work closely with my client’s leadership to develop repeatable strategies tailored for their new market launches

- Contribute to their Marketing team to build and manage top-of-funnel prospect building for major campaigns and events.

- You will work on both inbound leads and carry out outbound prospecting


You are an ideal fit if you..

- Have an entrepreneurial mindset - our client is going from 0 to 1 in the UAE and need you to build their presence

- Have a solid track record of experience in B2B SaaS Sales / Business Development / Sales Operations

- Are a cold outreach genius, are able to figure out creative ways to engage folks who may be reluctant to engage with you

- Have Deep knowledge of SaaS toolstack and lead sources (Hubspot, Salesloft, Zoominfo, Lusha, Demand base and/or similar)

- Have high execution power - this is a combined strategy and operational role

- You are analytical and are skilled in making data-driven decision-making - obsessed with tracking and improving performance metrics.

- Are energised by and thrive in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment

- Are a great coach and leader. You can inspire and teach your future team the art of sales, and instil confidence in them

- Are a great communicator capable of listening to the needs of many stakeholders, and able to then communicate your vision and requirements back to stakeholders of all levels

- Based on your growth, you will have the opportunity to build and lead an incredibly talented team. So you will need to know how to develop, lead, motivate and get the best out of    people
