The role will be leading medium, large opportunities with the assigned engagement resources (Bid Manager, Technical Solution Manager, Domain Architects, Transition & Transformation Manager, Pricer, Contract Negotiator etc.) and developing a compelling value add proposals, aligned to client business objectives and meet the business requirements.
The Complex Solution Manager (CSM) is responsible for the management of opportunity lead information in the sales system, development, capturing and closing of complex solution and sales deals for vertical industry clients. Leading the qualified engagement(s) with the assigned resources and maintaining end to end working relationships with all stakeholders and providing guidance and assistance in the progression of the end-to-end engagement activities.
Having strong business leader engagement skills, with demonstrated experience, working closely with business stakeholders to propose a large and complex technology solutions and associated services to the client. Experienced in the hybrid cloud, cyber security, emerging technology such as IoT, Blockchain and infrastructure and application managed services with the ability to articulate complex technology solutions and services to a non-technical business stakeholders and audiences. He or she is able to manage relationships and leverage an understanding of stakeholder requirements to inform the strategic journey to cloud, transformational roadmaps to transform clients’ current ICT infrastructure to current technologies that meet the client business objectives.
You will need sales expertise in developing a wide range of sales collaterals to support engagement activities, including presentation materials, talking points, stakeholder engagement and communication plans for the proposition of the products with the goal of increasing the win probability and influencing client stakeholders in their decision-making process
- Minimum 10+ years broad based experience in a large and complex multi cloud, cyber security and emerging technologies related sales role for Outsourcing, Managed Services transformation and Pre-sales
- Strong time-management and organizational skills;
- Comfortable interacting and building relationships with individuals across all levels and areas of the firm;
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience that has achieved new business and revenue growth as well as successful experience in business development;
- Comfortable working both collaboratively and independently;
- Strong business and technical expertise in designing, implementing and migrating from traditional environments to Hybrid-Cloud services, On-Premise Private and Public CSPs, AWS, Azure, Google, Oracle of distributed computing environments;
- Solid expertise in virtualisation and workload provisioning, migration, decoupling and integration (Docker Containers;
- Ability to adapt and learn new IT solutions.
