Our client is a leading property business specializing in luxury real estate in Dubai. They are looking for a Sales Training Manager to come in and ensure the company staff have the knowledge and skills required to do their job. You will be responsible for creating a learning environment that helps them improve their skills and enables them to access learning through all the channels that best match their optimal ways of learning.

You will be responsible for sales induction training, coaching, refresher training and launch events.  You will make sure they hit their targets by conducting the induction training program.
This will include:

- Market Introductions 

- Project Training

- Sales Flow Training

- Site visits

- Role Plays

- Ensure that all the content used in the induction is up to date

- Manage all the induction training logistics such as:

- Liaise with different stakeholders

They are looking for someone with a minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in a sales-oriented environment. Real estate or corporate background experience preferred.
