In this position you will take overall responsibility for complex transformation programs and shape customer centric business models for clients across the Middle East. You will lead interdisciplinary teams, advise top management, and steer strategic initiatives across marketing, sales, and customer service. Additionally, you will play an active role in driving business growth and building lasting client relationships throughout the region.

• Lead interdisciplinary teams through complex transformation programs and ensure successful delivery Steer strategic CRM transformations with a focus on Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics platforms

• Advise C suite leadership on optimizing customer experience, processes, and operating models Generate new business and expand the regional service portfolio through strong client relationships.

• Combine strategic analysis with practical delivery to meet demanding client requirements

• Completed university degree.

• Minimum eight years of professional and leadership experience in consulting with budget responsibility.

• Proven track record leading CRM transformation initiatives and interdisciplinary teams.

• Deep technology expertise around Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics environments.

• Strong communication and presentation skills with experience presenting to top management.

• Fluent in both Arabic and English
