Job description

We are currently partnered with a leading UAE bank looking for a Senior Product Owner who has experience creating top-notch virtual customer engagement frameworks using voice and chat channels.

The key responsibilities of Multichannel Banking include leading the digitization strategy for Retail Banking, consolidating and delivering the Group's strategic roadmap, enhancing touchpoint capabilities, strengthening retail monetization and customer satisfaction, and driving innovation in the region.

What you'll be doing:

  • Developing and executing a vision, strategy, and plan for using conversation AI to enhance customer service, optimize costs, and increase sales across all customer touchpoints

  • Establish new avenues and channels - internal and external channels such as online, mobile, websites, IVR, and social media platforms like WhatsApp will be established to provide customer service and sales opportunities.

  • Accelerate customer adoption with digital interactions (both chat or menu based) through disruptive use cases, engaging user experience, seamless automation and reduced need for agent/human interactions.

Your background:

  • 10 years experience in a similar related role

  • Either from a Banking, Telecom, Airline, or E-commerce background

  • Expertise in product portfolio and customer behaviour, as well as knowledge of the Conversation AI, contact centre technology, chatbots, and social banking industry with a history of successfully managing channels, projects, and results.

  • Experienced in implementing Best Practice approaches in Digital transformations & touchpoint management/optimizations
