I am currently partnering with the market’s leading Technology Consultancy to find 2 ambitious ServiceNow Presales Architects to drive some of the largest digital transformation programs in the region.
This role is about sitting with CIOs and CTOs, understanding complex business pain points, and architecting high-value solutions that redefine how enterprises operate. You willworkclosely with Sales and Delivery teams to define winning strategies.
Role 1 (Dubai): Covering UAE, GCC, and Africa.
Role 2 (Saudi Arabia): Strategic focus on KSA (Arabic speaking mandatory).
Discover the Required
8-12 years in Presales/Consulting and 3-5 years of deep ServiceNow experience (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.).
You have hands-on ServiceNow depth but lead with a business-first, value-driven mindset.
You don't just see modules; you see roadmaps, governance, and ROI.
You’re comfortable defending commercial value and navigating complex RFP/bid environments.
