Job description
This is a chance to help set the hardware standard for the Middle East operation of the UK’s most awarded custom PC builder.
You’ll be one of the first systems builders in the region, assembling high-end gaming PCs, professional workstations and AI machines to the same standards that have made the business one of the most respected names in custom hardware.
This is not a helpdesk role and it is not a warranty-ticket queue.
You’ll be building.
The role
You’ll assemble custom systems from the ground up, covering component selection, cabling, BIOS configuration, performance tuning, stress testing and final quality control.
The work will include everything from high-end GPU systems and professional workstations through to water-cooled gaming rigs and AI compute machines.
You’ll be trained on the company’s UK build methodology and help establish that same standard across the UAE operation, with a real focus on finish, airflow, cable management, thermals, stability and overall build quality.
You’ll also handle fault-finding and repairs, support customer installations and upgrades across the Emirates, and over time help train the next generation of builders as the regional team grows.
What we're looking for
Strong hands-on experience building custom PCs, gaming systems or enterprise hardware.
Confident fault-finding across hardware, thermals, storage and OS-level issues.
A genuine eye for build quality, finish and attention to detail.
Strong understanding of components, compatibility and system performance.
Real enthusiasm for PCs and hardware — the kind of person people already ask for advice before buying parts.
Comfortable travelling to customer sites across the UAE.
Experience with water cooling, overclocking, esports hardware, specialist retail or AI / GPU compute systems would be a plus.
A UAE driving licence is preferred, and Arabic language skills would also be useful.
