We’re working closely with a leading tech consultancy in Abu Dhabi who are seeking a talented, customer-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist. Your role as Talent Acquisition Specialist would see you leading a team of sourcing specialists and coordinators, focusing in the areas of hiring manager support, process improvement and strategy development.
You must be able to successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks and metrics. Working in a very fast-paced environment, you’ll need to be able to roll up your sleeves, work hard, have fun, and ultimately get the job done.
In this role you will partner with hiring managers to build effective recruitment processes, advising and recommending recruitment strategies, implementing new processes and fine-tuning standard processes to improve the company’s current methods.
An ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of internal Talent Acquisition, strong leadership skills and experience building strong relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR business partners.
Experience with technology recruitment is required along with strong CTS/ATS knowledge and excellent English communication skills.
This role is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE and will be offering between 20k and 25k AED p/month tax-free (this coverts to up to €72k net p/year). In addition, you would also receive relocation (flight and hotel stay), private healthcare insurance and annual airline ticket.
