We’re partnering with a leading HR Tech platform to hire a VP of Product who will sit at the executive level and shape the future of workforce technology.
Our client is on a mission to transform how organisations manage their people, with 100%+ YoY growth and backed by $30M funding, and due to growth, are looking to hire their next product leader.

This is a leadership role, reporting directly to the CEO, with full ownership of product strategy, vision, and execution.

Discover the Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the product vision & multi-year roadmap.

• Own a multi-product portfolio (Core HR, Payroll, Attendance, Talent + Fintech).

• Scale a high-performing product, design, and analytics organisation.

• Lead 0→1 and 1→10 product journeys across new and existing offerings.

• Drive product-led growth, monetisation, and expansion strategy.

• Partner with exec leadership on company strategy, M&A, and market expansion.

Discover the Requirements

• 10–15+ years in product, with 5+ years leading teams at scale within a leading HR Tech organisation.

• Proven experience in B2B SaaS/enterprise platforms.

• Strong track record in scaling products and teams in high-growth environments.

• Experience across product strategy, discovery, delivery, and GTM.
