Founded in 2016, Discovered was created in order to change the conventional recruitment stigma and stereotype.
Designed to offer employees the trust and freedom required of a modern-day employee, whilst focusing on building communities and networks, and creating lasting relationships with our partners, rather than transactional business.

    It has to start somewhere

    Two guys, a couple of burgers and an idea to do things differently. Yes, it's true, Discovered was born in Denny's diner.

  • 2017

    We began to make it happen

    Early 2017 we joined Astrolabs, Dubai's go-to start-up incubator, alongside the likes of Deliveroo, Bayut, Fresha and Deezer.

  • 2018

    It was time to spread our wings

    ​It was time to grow, so we left behind the co-working space and took on our first office, and first member of the team.

  • 2019

    We're gonna need a bigger boat (office)

    The team had grown, so it was time again to pack the bags and find a new home.

  • 2020

    Dust off the suits, it's awards night

    The region's best new talent solutions provider - we couldn't have agreed more.

  • 2020

    Bigger team, bigger space

    Our continued growth meant we needed more space, so it was time for office number three. Based in The Dome in JLT, this office gave us serious New York loft vibes.

    Not another new office

    ​Yes, we had to move again. 2022 saw us grow the team to 20+ and we therefore needed more space, and better views!
