​Ostap started his journey in recruitment six years ago in an RPO in Warsaw where he was usually outsourced to product-based companies across Europe and helped them get the best Engineers on the market.

After moving to Dubai in 2018, he became the first Tech Recruiter at Talabat where he was responsible for Talabat’s tremendous digital transformation with over 120 tech hires made in 3 years.

This in-house experience helps him deliver the best-customized experience to his clients today.

Before joining Discovered he was running his own tech recruitment consultancy firm that helped 15+ clients in the Middle East, USA and Europe to reach their hiring needs.His core expertise is: BE / FE / Mobile Engineering, Data Science / Engineering, DevOps/SRE, QA and Tech Leadership.
