You have the opportunity to join a dynamic team at a cutting-edge company as a Business Development Representative. In this pivotal role, you'll drive growth through strategic prospecting efforts, generating leads and nurturing relationships across various customer segments. Collaborate with a diverse sales team, including leadership, and contribute to market research and lead qualification.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive growth through inbound and outbound prospecting, converting leads into opportunities and closed deals.

  • Educate and develop leads via calls, emails, events, webinars, and campaigns.

  • Deepen understanding of lead generation processes, marketing support, and handoff to Account Executives.

  • Generate email sequences and cold calls to map and penetrate accounts.

  • Conduct follow-up communication until meetings are set.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit with a growth mindset.

  • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven ability to build relationships for improved processes and communication workflows.

  • Skilled prospector using tools like LinkedIn, SalesLoft, Apollo.io, and HubSpot.

  • Minimum 2+ years in sales, lead generation, or customer service.

  • Experience in ESG Consulting, Enterprise SaaS, or Fintech.

  • Previous success in a fast-growing startup.

  • Remote and distributed team experience.
