​This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global consulting firm in Riyadh, KSA, as a Enterprise & Credit Risk Manager. We are looking for a leader to expand our clients' advisory services and manage client engagements in the financial services sector.

Responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients to identify business opportunities and lead responses to RFPs, crafting comprehensive proposals.

• Designing and implementing solutions tailored to client requirements in areas such as credit risk management, enterprise risk management, Basel regulations, capital management, and stress testing.

• Overseeing and leading the delivery of multiple client engagements, ensuring high standards and client satisfaction.

• As a manager, you will lead large, diverse teams, providing mentorship to professionals while building strong relationships and generating new business leads. Your role involves managing and delivering large, complex engagements, which include both regulatory and strategic dimensions, ensuring alignment with both client and firm objectives.

• You should have deep knowledge of enterprise and credit risk concepts, including a thorough understanding of local and Basel regulations. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.

As for qualifications and experience, ideally, you'll have:

• An MBA or relevant master's degree.

• At least 8-10 years of work experience, with a majority of this being within a management consulting firm.

• Professional certifications such as CFA or FRM.
