Education:

Experience:

• Minimum 2-5 years of coding experience in NodeJS, ReactJS, JavaScript, and Databases.

• At least 1 year hands-on experience in TypeScript.

• Proficiency in performance tuning, debugging, and monitoring.

Technical Skills:

• Excellent proficiency in developing scalable and highly-available Restful APIs using NodeJS technologies.

• Strong familiarity with CI/CD principles and a track record of troubleshooting issues in a distributed services ecosystem.

Functional Skills:

• Proven track record in following best Coding, Security, Unit testing, and Documentation standards and practices.

• Experience in the Banking, Financial, or Fintech sectors within an enterprise environment is highly preferred.

• Proficiency in Agile methodology.

• Dedication to ensuring the quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems across the organization.

• Ability to effectively research and benchmark technology against other best-in-class options.

Soft Skills:

• Demonstrated ability to influence multiple teams on technical considerations, thereby enhancing their productivity and effectiveness through the sharing of deep knowledge and experience.

• Self-motivated and a self-starter with the ability to take ownership and drive projects without supervision, while maintaining collaborative relationships with teams across the organization.

• Excellent soft skills and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective interaction and presentation of ideas to Senior and Executive management.
