We have a great opportunity for a General Manager to join an exciting start-up organisation who have huge plans for 2020 and about to change the industry!

The Company:

An exciting start-up that has already secured one of the largest first rounds of fundings in the industry and is looking to take their investments globally! An organisation who will change the industry and who has already had an overwhelming response with over 2 million users already using the platform, with plans to take that to over 30 million within 2 years.

What will I be doing?

As the General Manager, you will be reporting directly to the co-founders, as one of the "original" hires, you are responsible for developing and preparing strategic plans for the organisations' success and growth, and ensure that they are in-line with the overall strategy and vision for the company. This includes recruiting top talent, managing leads of growth, sales and customer engagement teams, liaising and managing with key stakeholders and developing acquisition tactics.

You:

Growth is the keyword here and you will have a proven track record of achievement in scaling up businesses from the ground up – This is a must!

Due to the nature of the product and the audience they are looking to use their service, you will have come from an e-commerce background or where you have managed an app or platform that you have built from the ground up, which now has over a million users.

Salary: depending on experience, open to negotiations + benefits including stocks and compensation
