Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate new leads and expand our customer base

• Qualify and nurture leads through effective communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media platforms

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify key decision-makers and develop strategies to engage them

• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system

• Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, showcasing the value and benefits of our offerings

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our products and services.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar sales role

• Negotiation competency

• Agility and responsiveness

• Aptitude to work in a diverse environment

• The capability of efficiently managing workload, tasks, and priorities

• Proficiency in English and Arabic, including speaking, writing, and reading

• Preferred Business Skillset

• Prospecting and sales pitching

• Reporting and Documentation Competency

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, G-suite, and Slack

• Zoho CRM (or CRMs in general)

• Exposure in IT and Data Science Industries.

• Understanding of software sales mechanisms and frameworks
