Discover the Role

As a Project/Delivery Manager, your main role is to bridge the gap between various departments and our tech team. This role mirrors that of a Scrum Master but encompasses a wider scope and a direct influence on our company's triumphant journey. You'll take centre stage in ensuring flawless teamwork and synchronization between marketing, social media, customer service, and the technical side of our product.

Responsibilities

  • Manage diverse client service functions, including transitions, administration, and enhancements.

  • Offer primary L1 General Support and address Incident and Client Escalations.

  • Review Monthly Reports, Root Cause Analyses, and JSM Ticket Escalations.

  • Lead leadership and status calls while overseeing Financial Force Milestones.

  • Ensure strict adherence to client SLAs and nurture lasting client relationships.

  • Supervise support and maintenance development work, guiding team members.

  • Deliver monthly performance reports and lead impactful client service reviews.

  • Strategize and implement short- and long-term service delivery strategies within budgets and SLAs.

Discover the Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in Service Delivery Management.

  • Fluent in Arabic.

  • Proficiency in Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/On-premise).

  • Sound knowledge of Jira Service Desk or similar tools.
