What’s the deal?

Title: Account Director

Salary: $135-140k USD basic salary with a potential double OTE (up to $280k).

Location: The Big Apple (NYC)

What are the key responsibilities?

  • Establishing connections with energy generation and transmission firms across the United States.

  • Building and maintaining a portfolio of potential deals.

  • Researching emerging markets and industries, creating organizational charts for large enterprises.

  • Developing strategies with your Business Development Representative counterpart to engage key clients.

  • Collaborating with Customer Success and Product teams.

  • Negotiating commercial agreements and closing deals.

What do they need from you?

  • Over 3 years of experience selling technical SaaS solutions to enterprise clients and more than 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales.

  • Proficiency in acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts.

  • Expertise in implementing large-scale change management.

  • Strong understanding of outbound sales processes and associated tools.

  • Mastery of modern sales toolsets.

  • Proficiency in managing enterprise accounts with 2,000 or more employees.
