We’re looking for an experienced IT Operations Manager to lead our IT infrastructure and ensure the smooth delivery of technology services across the organization. This is a hands-on leadership role, managing a team of skilled IT professionals, driving operational excellence, and ensuring our systems are secure, efficient, and aligned with business needs.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the day-to-day operations of IT systems, including networks, servers, storage, and telecom.

• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of our IT infrastructure.

• Manage service delivery, monitor SLAs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Oversee incident management and ensure timely resolution to minimize downtime.

• Mentor and manage a team of IT staff, supporting their development and growth.

• Collaborate across departments to support technology needs and business goals.

• Own IT operational policies, budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement processes.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.

• Implement automation, monitoring tools, and process optimizations to boost efficiency.

• Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on performance, risks, and opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of experience.

• Experience with Oracle Cloud and Google Cloud

• A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Proven track record in IT operations management and infrastructure leadership.

• Strong knowledge of ITIL, compliance standards, and project management methodologies.
