Job description
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead strategy and execution for a high-growth, regulated financial services business. This is a newly created role, offering the opportunity to build a marketing function from the ground up, working closely with leadership, sales, compliance, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver marketing strategies targeting institutional clients and high-net-worth individuals.
Create and manage multi-channel campaigns, content strategies, and event activations.
Drive account-based marketing to support relationship-led sales.
Collaborate with compliance to ensure all materials meet regulatory standards.
Analyse performance metrics to optimise campaigns.
Manage agency and vendor relationships.
Requirements
6+ years in marketing, ideally in financial services, fintech, or B2B technology.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and performance measurement.
Proven experience in account-based marketing.
Excellent communication and content creation skills.
Knowledge of GCC financial markets and regulations is an advantage.
