​We are looking for a talented Creative Strategist to join a growing marketing team and play a key role in shaping innovative campaigns across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities

Creative Strategy & Content Development

  • Develop innovative media and marketing concepts, including copywriting, scriptwriting, and creative direction.

  • Produce engaging content that aligns with brand objectives.

  • Create impactful creative briefs and strategies tailored to target audiences.

  • Maintain consistent artistic direction and messaging across campaigns and platforms.

Management & Execution

  • Lead creative projects from ideation through delivery, coordinating with production and editing teams.

  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and resources for multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Collaborate closely with media buyers to ensure campaign impact and alignment.

  • Coordinate shoots, locations, and guest appearances, managing logistics end-to-end.

Performance & Optimization

  • Use data and analytics to evaluate creative effectiveness and optimize strategies.

  • Stay up to date on digital trends, social media innovations, and advertising best practices.

  • Continuously refine creative approaches to maximize engagement and ROI.

Requirements

  • Languages: Fluent in French and English

Experience:

  • Proven experience in developing creative strategies for digital advertising, online media, or influencer marketing

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, their algorithms, and viral content dynamics

  • Background in project management and cross-functional collaboration

Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with creative software (e.g., editing tools, Photoshop) to effectively communicate with designers and production teams

  • Strong understanding of visual design, storytelling, and content formats

  • Knowledge of content production workflows
