Our client, a leading telecommunications business is looking to launch a business solution across countries in Africa. With this, they're looking for B2B Product Manager to lead and own the product roadmap.

They are looking to launch a bundle of voice & data along with a digital portal to enable self-sales and care. This is a strategic project to acquire the SME segment and generates new business revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Defines the overall product roadmap, and product positioning per market

• Validates and prioritizes product requirements for IT

• Coordinates with business and project sponsors, local affiliates, IT, and Support to ensure seamless integration and the right customer problems are being solved.

• Validates Go-to-Market Strategy

• Coordinates solutions launch (client onboarding) and GTM in affiliates

• Testing to detect and fix issues to make necessary improvements

• Defines KPIs and track progress

• The solution that addresses clients’ needs and market requirements

• Proven experience in B2B & background in telecommunications is required for this role.
