Job description

​This role manages and grows a portfolio of high-value SaaS clients across the HR and PeopleTech ecosystem. You’ll own retention, expansion and customer happiness for a fast-scaling product.

Responsibilities

  • • Client Relationship Ownership

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts.

  • Lead onboarding, adoption planning and ongoing engagement.

  • • Growth & Expansion

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client goals.

  • Partner with sales on renewals and commercial discussions.

  • • Customer Success Delivery

  • Conduct QBRs, performance reviews and usage deep-dives.

  • Help clients achieve meaningful outcomes with the platform.

  • • Product Partnership

  • Provide structured product feedback.

  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve user experience.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3–5 years in account management or customer success within SaaS.

  • Strong client handling, communication and organisation skills.

  • Experience managing multiple enterprise accounts.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience in HR tech, PeopleOps or workflow automation.

  • Understanding of SaaS success metrics and adoption strategies.
