Discover The Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, the VP of Marketing will operate with CMO-level responsibility for the organisation’s overall marketing strategy, brand positioning and demand generation.

You will be responsible for building a scalable and data-driven marketing function that supports ambitious growth targets, strengthens market positioning, and accelerates customer acquisition across multiple business segments.

As a member of the executive leadership team, you will also play an important role in shaping commercial strategy and supporting the organisation’s long-term regional expansion.

  • Define and deliver the overall marketing and brand strategy.

  • Build a scalable demand generation engine to drive a qualified pipeline.

  • Lead go-to-market strategies for multiple product offerings.

  • Establish the marketing technology stack and analytics infrastructure.

  • Drive digital acquisition and product-led growth initiatives.

  • Lead PR and thought leadership activity to strengthen market presence.

  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.

  • Partner closely with the executive team on growth strategy and expansion initiatives.

We are seeking a high-impact marketing leader with strong experience in technology or SaaS environments, particularly organisations that have scaled rapidly.

  • 8–12 years of experience in B2B marketing, including senior leadership roles

  • Proven experience supporting high-growth technology or SaaS organisations

  • Strong expertise in demand generation and go-to-market strategy

  • Experience building data-driven marketing functions

  • Strong commercial and analytical mindset

  • Fluency in Arabic and English
