Discover The Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, the VP of Marketing will operate with CMO-level responsibility for the organisation’s overall marketing strategy, brand positioning and demand generation.
You will be responsible for building a scalable and data-driven marketing function that supports ambitious growth targets, strengthens market positioning, and accelerates customer acquisition across multiple business segments.
As a member of the executive leadership team, you will also play an important role in shaping commercial strategy and supporting the organisation’s long-term regional expansion.

Define and deliver the overall marketing and brand strategy.
Build a scalable demand generation engine to drive a qualified pipeline.
Lead go-to-market strategies for multiple product offerings.
Establish the marketing technology stack and analytics infrastructure.
Drive digital acquisition and product-led growth initiatives.
Lead PR and thought leadership activity to strengthen market presence.
Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
Partner closely with the executive team on growth strategy and expansion initiatives.

We are seeking a high-impact marketing leader with strong experience in technology or SaaS environments, particularly organisations that have scaled rapidly.
8–12 years of experience in B2B marketing, including senior leadership roles
Proven experience supporting high-growth technology or SaaS organisations
Strong expertise in demand generation and go-to-market strategy
Experience building data-driven marketing functions
Strong commercial and analytical mindset
Fluency in Arabic and English
A builder mentality, with experience in establishing marketing functions within scaling organisations
