As they continue to scale, they are looking to hire a Senior Agentic AI Engineer to take ownership of core AI systems and help shape the next phase of their product evolution.
This is a full-time, office-based role in Riyadh. Relocation is required for candidates based outside of Saudi Arabia.

This is a hands-on engineering role focused on designing, building, and deploying end-to-end agentic AI solutions, with a strong emphasis on voice and contact-centre use cases.
You will work across the full lifecycle, from architecture and prototyping through to secure, scalable production deployment. The role requires someone comfortable operating in fast-moving AI environments, navigating evolving frameworks, and staying close to the code while contributing to technical direction.
You’ll play a key role in building robust multi-agent systems that integrate seamlessly with enterprise platforms.

Discover the Responsibilities

• Design and ship end-to-end agentic AI solutions, particularly across voice and contact-centre environments

• Build and maintain systems using modern AI frameworks such as LangChain, LiveKit Agents, and Pipecat

• Develop RAG pipelines, tool integrations, and multi-agent orchestration systems

• Implement secure, scalable, production-ready deployments

• Contribute to architectural decisions while remaining hands-on in engineering execution

• Strong experience building LLM-powered applications in production environments

• Proven experience with multi-agent orchestration, tool calling, and state management

• Exposure to voice systems, including ASR/TTS, IVR, and CRM integrations (highly valuable)

• Solid cloud, DevOps, and MLOps fundamentals

• Experience operating in fast-moving, evolving AI ecosystems
