We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Backend Engineer to join a cutting-edge tech solutions and services organisation that focus on analytics and innovation.

As a Backend Engineer you will lead the team to research, design and development for cutting edge cellular communications solutions using Kotlin, Java and Spring Boot. Your work will be conducted across multiple platforms, databases and application servers. In addition to this you will be required to collaborate with system architects and product managers to deliver high quality technical solutions in multi-disciplinary agile teams, adopting agile spirit and methodology.

You should have 3+ years of experience in Kotlin and extensive Java development. You will have experience with functional programming, asynchronous communication and event sourcing. You will have the ability to read documentation and create tools based on the specifications given, as well as being highly experienced in communicating with multiple stakeholders. In addition to this you will have experience in agile and scrum teams.
