​We're looking to connect with experienced Business Analysts ready for their next step up – to join a seriously fast-paced, high-impact team in Riyadh. You'll be working within the entertainment space and reporting directly to one of my favourite hiring managers. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to play a key role in shaping business systems and processes at scale.

In this role, you’ll be:

• Working closely with stakeholders to understand complex business needs, define project scope, and gather detailed requirements

• Producing clear, structured documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) for both internal and external use

• Leading workshops and meetings to communicate insights and drive effective decision-making

• Supporting change initiatives and system improvements that deliver long-term value and scalability

• Developing and delivering training materials to support adoption of new tools, systems, or workflows

What we’re looking for:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred)

• At least 3 years’ experience in business analysis or solution design, with a track record of delivering complex projects

• A strong communicator, comfortable presenting to senior leadership and aligning cross-functional teams

• Excellent attention to detail and written documentation skills

• Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, and Power BI
