As my client offers a growing SaaS product that analyzes real estate data and transactions, the role needed is for a Business Development Specialist that will handle pre-sales activities as well as business development. This includes injecting leads into the sales pipeline, generating leads, demonstrating the product, negotiating, and closing deals, as well as studying the market landscape, common practices of competitors, potential features that can be added in, and developing business strategies, deals and partnership alliances.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching, and analyzing sales options

• Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects

• Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts

• Maintain CRM in regard to the leads, accounts, deals and contacts being generated

• Manage aftersales services & follow-ups with clients

• Follow and achieve set KPI’s and devise plans and initiatives for the client's pipeline

• Prepare and present reports of sales achievements periodically to management

• Interface with existing strategic customers to solidify mutual expectations of performance and growth

• Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs

• Assist in the development of annual sales goals

• Assist in the completion of monthly targets

• Build referral and lead generation networks

• Develop and maintain valuable business alliances with targeted partners and stakeholders

• Remain up to date with the markets and industry trends and practices

• Other duties and responsibilities as determined by the business
