As the voice behind the brand and engine behind customer growth, you’ll define global marketing strategy, elevate positioning, and empower internal and external partners through data-driven creativity and storytelling.

What You’ll Lead

Brand & Marketing Strategy
• Own global marketing strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and adoption
• Define brand architecture, audience segmentation, messaging and GTM positioning
• Partner across product, commercial, and operations to launch new solutions at scale

Execution & Growth
• Deliver high-impact multi-channel campaigns across B2B and B2C
• Build marketing assets and toolkits to unify messaging and drive performance
• Drive lead generation, funnel optimization, and cross-channel content strategies

Stakeholder Alignment
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing with commercial and product goals
• Partner with internal teams and agencies to activate localised, high-converting campaigns
• Measure and report on marketing effectiveness, ROI and pipeline impact

Leadership & Insight
• Build and mentor a world-class marketing team
• Oversee brand consistency across regions and touchpoints
• Stay ahead of trends, competitors, and customer needs


What You Bring

  • 10+ years in progressive marketing leadership across B2B, B2C or B2B2C.

  • Experience launching brands/products in fast-scaling environments.

  • Proven track record in brand building, lead generation and GTM success.

  • Data-driven, creative thinker with strong commercial acumen.

  • Skilled in managing multi-market teams, agencies, and performance metrics.

  • Deep understanding of campaign analytics, martech, and performance tools.
