We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join a well-established Group that is venturing on a corporate start-up journey to become a regional leader in the digital logistics and shipping industry! 

As CTO you will be responsible for the entire leadership of all things tech. You will effectively liaise with all stakeholders to ensure that products are fully fitted and scalable with cutting-edge technology, allowing the organisation to achieve its aims in disrupting the market. 

In addition to this, you will implement tech policy and proceedure, outlining the roadmap for future growth. Therefore you will need to have exceptional business acumen and a sound understanding of the industry, bringing fresh ideas to the region as well as mitigating any associated risks. Furthermore, you will take responisbility for recruiting, training and retaining tech teams.
