Discovered has partnered with a British Metaverse company to hire a Creative Director on a permanent basis. 

This is a remote role with exceptional benefits, including private healthcare and an opportunity to work in one of the UK's exciting gaming and metaverse studios.
 
Joining an established team of over 900 employees, the Creative Director will be an influential, driven and passionate leader with previous experience working in the gaming industry. The Creative Director is responsible for guiding the team toward a unified vision of the project’s core gameplay, metagame, and live service plans.

Specifically, we are looking for a Creative Director with experience in managing and leading a team of junior and senior designers across design disciplines such as; level design, technical design, progression, single-player and multiplayer.
