We are building an elite team of marketing and data professionals for a super well funded start-up. They are looking for a CRM Growth Marketing Manager to drive strategy, development, and execution of lifecycle marketing programs across email, push, SMS, and in-app notifications.
As the CRM Growth Marketing Manager you will be joining them at the very early stages of their development and will part of the “originals”. You will be reporting directly to the Director of Performance Marketing and work alongside building their future strategy.
Your experience consists of deeop mobile user-rengagment, email marketing, marketing automation tools and loyalty programs and deep understanding of CRM strategy and management, with a “hands-on” approach to your work.
What youll be expected to do is initiate and conduct in-depth user data analyses and experimentation that will directly impact strategy and the program roadmap, serve as CRM expert, and develop and manage automated triggered, lifecycle and ad hoc email campaigns to continuously improve onboarding, engagement and retention.
