They’re looking for a Crypto Trader who can manage and refine automated trading systems, monitor market dynamics in real time, and adjust strategies on the fly to maximise performance and manage risk.

What you’ll be doing:

• Running and optimising automated trading strategies across global crypto markets

• Monitoring order books and market activity to make real-time decisions

• Tweaking algorithms and adjusting parameters to respond to market volatility

• Analysing performance data and market trends to identify areas for improvement

• Collaborating with engineering and quant teams to test and implement trading logic

• Ensuring high uptime and low-latency performance of trading infrastructure

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience managing algorithmic trading systems, ideally in a high-frequency setting

• Deep understanding of crypto market structure, order books, and exchange behaviour

• Programming skills in Python or Rust (or both)

• Familiarity with low-latency systems and trading infrastructure

• Strong data analysis and quantitative reasoning skills

• Ability to operate under pressure and make high-impact decisions in real time

• Prior experience in trading, quant research, or market making (crypto or traditional finance)
