Our client, an innovative, Dubai based InsureTech company, is looking to scale their team as they continue their growth and expansion across the MENA region. With this, our client seeks to bring to onboard a Customer Success Manager to join them in their modern Dubai HQ. This award-winning business works alongside some of the biggest and well-known global insurance providers. Since their inception, our client has successfully built and developed a product to make insurance accessible and affordable to consumers via mobile and digital channels.
For this role, we're seeking someone with a minimum of 3 years of experience previously working in a Customer Success role, knowledge and experience of SaaS products and the technology industry, and strong relationship management skills.
On offer for this opportunity is between 18-20k AED p/month (based upon experience), along with a full range of benefits.
